How to reach us
Phone is fastest. Tell us what you need, where it's going, and when. We'll quote you on the call and book your delivery. Our team handles standard porta potty rentals, deluxe flushable units, and ADA accessible toilets for construction, events and emergency use across Charleston. For septic work, septic tank pumping takes about an hour. Grease trap pumping depends on your tank size. Email works too if you'd rather send photos or site plans. We read messages during business hours and call back the next morning if you write after 5 p.m.
What to have ready when you call
Location address first. We need the street and whether it's a construction site, a residential lot, or a special event. For roll-off dumpster rentals, tell us what you're throwing away. We cannot take certain materials; see what cannot go in a dumpster for the full list. Tell us how long you need the unit. Daily, weekly and monthly rates differ, and a longer rental always costs less per day than a short one. If you have utility lines underground, mark them first. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we need to know your site layout. For restroom trailer rentals, let us know how many stalls you need and whether you want water and power connected.

Service areas and delivery times
We cover Charleston and the nearby towns within 15 miles. Hanahan is 9.5 miles north; James Island runs 9.7 miles south; Sullivan's Island sits 11.7 miles southeast; Goose Creek lies 14.1 miles north; and Summerville is 22.3 miles northwest. Same-day delivery happens most days if you call before noon. Next-day delivery is guaranteed. If your job is urgent, call and describe it. We keep units on standby for emergency porta potty rentals and emergency septic service. Weekend calls go to voicemail; we pick them up Monday morning and confirm service the same day.

FAQ
Do you do ADA accessible toilets?
Yes. An ADA accessible porta potty meets ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires 5 percent of clustered units to be accessible, never fewer than one. We have them in stock and deliver within 24 hours in most cases. Clear opening width is 32 inches per ADA Standards section 404.2.3.
How often do you service porta potties?
Standard service is one visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week, per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. Heavy use sites get twice-weekly or daily pumping. We empty the holding tank, top off the chemicals, restock toilet paper, and sanitize the seat and handrails. Call and we'll set the schedule that fits your job.
What's the holding tank size on a standard unit?
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons. It's roughly 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands about 92 inches tall. That's the footprint of most construction sites. Deluxe and ADA units are larger and hold more.
Do you rent handwashing stations?
We do. OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities where employees apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides. A handwashing station needs soap and towels or a hand dryer; hand sanitizer alone doesn't meet the standard per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). We stock both heated and unheated models.
Can I rent a storage container month-to-month?
Yes. Monthly storage container rental rates run lower than weekly rates. Call with your inventory. A 20-foot container holds one bedroom's worth of furniture; a 40-foot holds two to three bedrooms. We deliver and lock it on site. Pick it up or arrange return when you're ready.
